Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information mohsin.io(“I”, “me”) collects, why, who helps process it, and the choices you have. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to you, and I do not sell your data.

Information I collect

  • When you request the ebook or leave your details— your name and email address. Used to send you the ebook, a confirmation email, and — if you confirm — a periodic email (“the Wednesday notes”). You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email.
  • When you use the contact form — your name, email, and message, used only to read and reply to you.
  • When you book a call — the scheduling widget collects the details you enter to book the call.

Service providers I use

I rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the site. They process data on my behalf for the purposes below; I don’t sell or share your data for advertising.

  • MailerLite — stores subscriber details (name, email) and sends the ebook and email updates. See the MailerLite Privacy Policy.
  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookie-free, EU-hosted website analytics. It records aggregate, anonymous usage (page views, referrers, country, device type) and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. See the Plausible data policy.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the forms from bots with an invisible check that runs in the background. To do this, Cloudflare may collect information about your browser and device. As required for invisible mode, this processing is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
  • Calendly— powers the “book a discovery call” widget and processes the booking details you provide. See the Calendly Privacy Notice.
  • Sentry — error monitoring. When something on the site breaks, Sentry captures technical diagnostic data (error details, browser, approximate context) so I can fix it. It is not used for marketing.
  • Vercel — hosts the site. Its servers process standard request data such as your IP address to deliver pages.

Cookies

The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and the analytics are cookie-free. Embedded third parties (Calendly and Cloudflare) may set their own cookies or local storage needed to function.

How long I keep it

Subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for my records.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you. To make a request, email mohsin@mohsin.io.

I may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
